FAQ
What do I need to provide?
Your business name, what you do, who your customers are, your logo (if you have one), and any brand colors. If you don't have some of these, the Pro tier covers copy from scratch. Just tell us about your business.
What do I get at the end?
A complete, ready-to-publish HTML file. You own it outright. Take it anywhere, host it however you like. If you add managed hosting, we handle the rest and your page is live at your domain with nothing else to do on your end.
Is the turnaround guaranteed?
Yes. Basic delivers in 7 business days, Pro in 5, provided you submit everything we need upfront. The clock starts once we have your complete intake. Incomplete submissions may delay the timeline.
How do people contact me through the page?
Basic pages include an email button and a phone button; visitors tap to call or email directly. Pro pages include a full contact form that collects a message and sends it straight to your email, which removes an extra step for the customer and works better if you'd rather not display your email address publicly.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Basic includes 1 round of revisions, Pro includes 3. A revision round means you send us your feedback, we make the changes, and send it back. Each round turns around in 2–3 business days. The initial delivery timeline (7 days for Basic, 5 for Pro) applies to first delivery only; revision rounds run on their own clock after that. Additional revision rounds beyond your tier are $39 each.
Can I get more than one page?
Our service is built around single-page sites. If you need a multi-page site, this isn't the right fit. If you need several single-page sites (for different locations, products, or promotions), each one is priced the same way.
Do you host the site?
Your choice. By default we hand off the finished file and you get it live however you like. If you'd rather skip that step, add managed hosting. Host ($29/mo) keeps your page live at your domain. Updates available à la carte starting at $25, priced by complexity. Host & Updates ($39/mo) includes one content update per month. Cancel either plan anytime.
What's your refund policy?
Custom work begins within 24 hours of payment. Cancellations before work starts receive a full refund. Once your build is underway, all fees are applied to your project, but your included revision rounds are there to make sure you're happy with the result. Monthly hosting plans cancel anytime. No refunds on the current billing period.
